Major pest issue in the garage
3/5 The neighborhood and the house are gorgeous. But we did encounter a pest problem.

We are very sorry that your visit was negatively impacted by this unforeseen occurrence and we apologize for the pest you experience. Although we do treat the property for insects, we cannot eliminate them from indoor/ outdoor spaces as they are common due to the area. As an extra measure, we will thoroughly fumigate the entire garage and treat the property for pest control. Our home's cleanliness and comfort are our top priorities, so we took action immediately after hearing from you. Thanks for your feedback. We will continue to work hard to provide an ideal experience for all guests!

Great Vacation
5/5 We were so impressed with this home. Great floor plan, comfortable beds, great showers and bathrooms. Nice quality washer and dryer. Decor was tastefully done and furniture very comfortable. Enjoyed watching the golfers on Par 3. Bikes were available too. The complex is very safe and easy to get some exercise. We loved it and will be back.

Perfect Stay
5/5 The house is extremely clean, nicely decorated and good location. We were two couples and were quite comfortable. Both bedrooms are en suite. Centrally located to downtown Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and Palm desert (about 15-20 to each). Located in a beautiful gated golf community. The view from the kitchen, LR and patio is fantastic. House sits on a par 3 with a beautiful view of the mountains in the background. We enjoyed watching the golfers play the hole. We didn't get a chance to play the course, but I believe renters get the same discount as residents, which according to the website is reasonable for the area. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in Palm Springs!
