  • Owner lacking customer service

    The entire front porch area is rotted and it should all have been replaced some time ago. Upon our arrival a porch step broke.I contacted the owner immediately. He was not helpful in wanting to having it repaired blaming the holiday week. I expressed my concern because of kids including my toddler with us. He called back said the cleaners husband would be out to look and possibly repair. No one ever came by and he didn't follow up. At the end of the trip I asked for discount considering the issue, he said no because how was he supposed to know it never got repaired if I never followed up with him. He's the owner. I'm the customer on vacation but I'm supposed to follow up with him.

  • Wonderful Little Place.

    Absolutely adored this cabin. The living room is much larger than it looks in the photos. We were able to comfortably fit our whole group of 9 in the room without issue. The place was clean, in a good place in Big Bear, and very nice and comfortable to stay in. I would absolutely recommend it.

    This property was perfect for our family and the cabin was very well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom floors had not been cleaned and the walls were dirty but everything else was great. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We would probably stay there again. I hope it was just an accident that the bathroom floors weren't swept or mopped.

  • Awesome Weekend Getaway

    My family and I had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated cozy cabin. It was very open and spacious. We enjoyed watching movies on the big screen TV in the living room. The sofas had recliners and were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with many appliances. The cabin is just minutes away from the village and hiking trails. Jeff is a nice, wonderful host and was very quick to reply to any questions that I had. I would definitely stay at this cabin again and would highly recommend it to others.
