- The keys to the home are accessible via lockbox. As soon as possible, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the lockbox
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take your trash with you for disposal. No trash can be left on the property per city ordinance. The Clean Bear disposal sites are identified in the wlcome booklet
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in the laundry hamper (provided in each bathroom)
- Close fireplace doors
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking, vaping or recreational drugs in the building
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings per city ordinance
- No machine or device for the production or reproduction of sound may be operated outside of an enclosed space or be audible beyond the property line, per city ordinance
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please keep all doors and windows closed during the winter months in order to retain heat
- Downstairs bedroom window draperies are to be left closed at all times. All sliding glass door draperies may be opened as desired
- Please ensure that the fireplace flue is open prior to use
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-7:00 AM per city ordinance
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
