  The house was very beautiful but (just like the other commenters) the hot water situation was bad. We did contact the owner and he gave us a couple tricks, it worked for a few minutes but went back to freezing cold. We also had to pay someone to plow the driveway due to the driveway being covered with a couple of feet with snow. I believe we were reimbursed for that. The owner was very quick to fix the mistakes it’s just the hot water situation was bad through out the weekend.

  The place is great. Close to Dank Donuts and ski shuttle. Clean and cozy. The only bad side is the hot water situation. Showers fluctuates from hot to cold throughout the entire shower.

  Pros-Spacious, comfortable beds, quiet, easy to get to, Cons-Hot water is intermittent (there is a tankless hot water system that delivers about 2 min of hot water, followed by 45 sec of ice cold water in the shower and then hot, then cold again). Very annoying. I tried running it for longer to eliminate “ice sandwich” but it didn’t help. No water pressure in upstairs bathroom. And signs on both upstairs toilets “do not plush paper” so basically only used as mens urinal?Not super clean. Kitchen floor and cabinets had grime & food on them. Pots & pans were oily, dirty tissues by bedHad to drive to shuttle to get to ski area . Mislead in description. There is a shuttle stop right outside house but that particular lot is last to be used, so unless you start your ski day at noon on a weekend or holiday, the shuttle won’t pick up there. Amenities lacking - no kitchen towels, barely enough toilet paper (and there was only 3 of us), 1 roll paper towel, rice cooker but no pot so it was useless, a lot of left over food from previous guest but tiny amounts like 1/2 cup pancake mix, 1/4 bag of cereal, couple of tablespoons of coffee. More like rubbish than something beneficial. Oven door handle still broken off. This place has potential but seems like owner doesn’t care. Mainly they need to fix the plumbing. We ended up paying $400/nt and couldn’t even get a hot shower.

• Nice place, good value

  The place is in a great location, and with the amount it sleeps it is great value for the price. It had pretty much everything we needed and the host was very responsive when we had questions. 4/5 stars only because we ran out of paper towel and toilet paper, and were short a bath towel. We were 8 people and there was one paper towel roll on a wet, snowy weekend. These are easily fixable and I’m sure it was just an oversight prior to our stay, so I would definitely recommend staying here.

• The first night arrived there was no lights or hot water.

  The place wasn’t very clean. The dishes were oily and the oven didn’t have a handle later found the oven handle inside oven. The towls look’s nasty and old. The bed was hard to sleep. Woke up with backpain. Otherwise the location was great!
