It was okay.
2/5 The listing didn’t match the actual house at all. Says 5 parking spots only supposed to have 3 cars. 10 people only supposed to have 8. Hot tub never got hot. Only one part of the couch reclines. No soap to wash any dishes. Absolutely not spices or anything to cook with so make sure to bring your own. It’s a nice house though just thought it would have a lot more things a standard VRBO had.

Owner's response: "Tyler, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip.
- We have checked on the listing and it is accurate, we will be looking into the parking instructions to ensure they are correct for all our upcoming guests
- The hot tub is checked every week and it works very well. It's electric and not gas but has been working a bit harder with the cold temperatures that we are experiencing at this time. We try to keep it at 98 degrees when it's so cold
- We will look into the recliner to see why it's not working
- We were not aware that there was no soap left out, we've notified our management company to ensure that this doesn't happen again
- I have checked and we have an entire rack in the pantry with all the spices you can use
We truly go above and beyond for our guests and will continue to strive for the 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."Lots of rules
5/5 Great, comfortable house. Management company has many, many rules and restrictions. Otherwise all was good with the house.
