A Cute Bungalow Close To It All
5/5 We spent Labor Day weekend at this house in Avalon. We are a family of 5, and the stay was very comfortable. My kids all slept well on the bunk bed and the couch (my son’s choice over the sleeper sofa). The location is perfect. Only steps to the center of Avalon. Would gladly stay here again.

Adorable Catalina cottage
5/5 This was a perfect wknd getaway cottage . Close to town (just a block from the water) walking distance to everything -no need for a cart unless you wanted to go up the hill to airport or Hamilton cove . Cottage had all the amenities needed. Has a small ice cooler & beach chairs and floats w pump for a beach day . Has ac but we just used the box fans /ceiling fans and the temperature was great w the windows open . House manager never responded but it wasn’t a dire need, but would have been nice to get a response. The only complaint was ant issues but a can of raid left under the kitchen sink solved that . Would totally rent again for a visit to the island . Suggest having a brush hanging outside by door to brush sand off feet.
