1/5 The cottage was literally falling apart. Lights, seats and door handles weren’t working properly. The bath curtain was dirty too. If it was cheaper, I wouldn’t been complaining, but $300 a night for such a place? Never again!!
5/5 Our family of 5 had a lovely time in Avalon. The property was quaint and perfectly sized so we could spread out a little. It was the right distance from the grocery store & it helped save some money by being able to eat breakfast “at home”. It wasn’t too far away from all of the fun things to do & see.

Racing Catalina
4/5 We came for a Half Marathon Race. House has a great location. It was clean and cozy for our group. Windows need to be the next upgrade for the property. But for the good price, it was just right for our stay.

Cute Cottage
4/5 Good location, cute cottage but it could use a little TLC ( a few broken or dirty items and a messy closet/storage area in one of the rooms). Check-out said by 10 a.m. and at 9:40 a.m. the cleaning people were hovering outside of the front door. Overall though we did enjoy are time there and it was the perfect size for our group of 4 people.
