Avalon getaway
5/5 Veronica was there for whatever we needed! she was awesome. We loved the location, just a few minutes from the beach and all the Main Street restaurants. The home is very comfortable and clean. It’s hard to find three bedrooms with lots of living space.

Great space and location, be prepared in winter
5/5 We loved the large living room and dining room spaces to spread out in. The location is perfect for walking everywhere in Avalon! We happened to stay over a cold weekend and there is no central heat other than the gas fireplace. There are also space heaters but they can’t all be on at once or they trip the circuit breaker. Thankfully there were plenty of extra blankets and comforters. Just be prepared in winter that the place is chilly. Other than that we really loved it and would likely stay there again on a warmer weekend.

Needs some TLC
3/5 Good unit but needs some TLC (we stayed in the upstairs unit last year which was immaculate). There are missing lightbulbs and lights switches that don’t work. I got trapped in the bathroom the first day because the handle would not work. Most of the doors and handles to the bedrooms had issues. The floors were extra creaky in some spots. This is still one of the better rentals in Catalina.
