  The home was very nice and spacious, however it was a bit dirty. There was left over food in the fridge and garage. Crumbs all over the couch. That was fine, nothing too serious but I do have a baby and had to disinfect everything just in case. There was also an issue as the pool was extremely dirty and my family had to clean it for it to be usable as the cleaning guy only goes Mondays and Thursdays. It is in a nice area however and definitely a good option just be prepared to clean a bit. The point of contact is also responsive so that's good.

  - We take great pride in the standards of cleanliness and service that we provide for our guests. So it is very unfortunate that these out-of-the-ordinary events occurred and we hope you understand we tried to remedy the issues as promptly as possible. Our policy is to have the refrigerator completely cleaned out so we apologize for the inconvenience. We have talked with our cleaning crew to ensure this issue does not recur for future travelers.
  - We do have a pool service that maintains the pool twice weekly. Based on your feedback, we have also purchased a pool vacuum for continuous cleaning. Unfortunately, there were high winds and bad weather before your stay. We try our best to accommodate and provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors such as inclement weather are simply out of our control.
  - We do all we can to make our home the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to host you again!

  House was safe and secure, good location. Minor repairs required. Maybe a heads up when pool and lawn maintenance workers show up instead of them just walking into the backward unexpected.

  Generally a good stay. Mattresses very comfy. Location was great for us. Pool table, foose ball and ping pong were great additions but outdoor pool was not heated (broken heat pump) nor was it cleaned but the pool guy came while we were there and cleaned it. Place needed cleaning. Inside of fridge and freezer, BBQ, windows. Couldn’t find any cleaning products or rags. Only one tea towel and only one dishcloth. The owner however was very attentive and I just think he needs to hold his cleaning company accountable. Would stay here again with clear prior communication.
