    4/5

The home was clean and ready for us. There was a strong smell of cats outside and they had the landscaper come and spray something that did work. We could not figure out the heat/air control but is was cool enough to open windows once the cat smell was gone. I could have called, but windows did the trick.

Nice remodel! Cute decorations. There should be more seating to accommodate 7 people. It worked great for us. I suggest putting more towel hooks in the bathrooms.

Close enough to walk to everything.... Safeway real close for groceries.

Cute town lots of restaurants and shops.

  • Great respite

    4/5

We took the Train to the Grand Canyon, and spent a full day at Beararizona. Fell in love with the beauty and country charm of Williams. Our home was cute, had the essentials, clean...but Dogs large and barking all around us. Of course the were fenced in, but didn't feel really comfortable in the area. But just 2 blocks any direction much nicer neighborhoid. All in all great for our group and we were gone all days and then had a clean space to rest our heads....Good experience over-all and my 1st time using a VRBO.

    4/5

Home has been completely renovated and is lovely. It is completely modern. Beds are tempur-pedic, very comfortable. Location is great. Only a few blocks from Route 66, restaurants and shops. Less than a mile from the Safeway supermarket. A few blocks to the Grand Canyon Railway Depot (could not hv been more convenient). Easy highway access and jumping off point to other things to do and Flagstaff. I failed to carefully read the property description and that there was no air conditioning. It was 70-80 and did get hot in the house. Several fans are provided as well as there being overhead fans in each bedroom and living area, so it did cool off at night. Days were warm inside the house. Note that Williams is a historic area and neighborhood is older and run down. This is by far the nicest home on the street. We walked our dogs and neighborhood seemed safe.
