We loved our stay in at this house! First off, the house is wonderfully decorated. We walked around constantly marveling and saying that we want the owner to come decorate our places! One of the nicest Airbnb/Vrbo/Evolve places I've stayed at! (The owner even decorated for the holidays, in an elegant way. Was such a nice touch!)
The house has been recently renovated it seems. The kitchen and bath fixtures are all very new and modern. Probably the largest TV I've ever seen in the family room -- like 96" at least!
The backyard had a pool (we didn't use it though), horseshoe pit, swing set, a great sitting area, and toys for the kids.
Inside, plenty of space of us to move around. There were 7 adults and 3 kids staying there and we all had plenty of room. The house is particularly great if you have small kids, as there are two cribs on site (although we didn't use them), a pack-and-play and an air mattress in the closet, and a number of toys and decorations in two of the bedrooms.
Only thing to note is there is no direct access to the bedroom with the bunk bed. You need to either go through another bedroom or through the jack-and-jill bathroom. Or you could exit through the exterior door in the room, walk across the deck and come back in through the front door. It wasn't really a problem for us since we had our kids sleep in that room, but if you had only adults, I could see it being a little awkward unless you're all close friends.
One of the highlights of this house was the remoteness. It's located in a more "rural" part on the outskirts of town, which meant no light pollution at all! We had beautiful views of the night sky (which was a hit with our kids) and a feeling of a real remote vacation, even though in reality we were just a couple minute drive from everything we needed. And we had an amazing sunset with awesome views of the mountains from the deck!
Excellent house. No regrets staying here and would gladly stay again in the future!
