Family Gathering
3/5 Plenty of space for family even though the posting needs to define the Casita makes up the third bathroom and bedroom.

Not ready for prime time
4/5 Has lots of room for people and accommodations are comfortable.
Mixed Review
3/5 Property was very spacious and clean. Needs some TLC updates as some things needed maintenance, but overall very comfortable and a very interesting property, My main complaint was the check-in policy. Owner demanded renter to send a photocopy of an ID before providing the access code, and this was only communicated a few hours before the actual check-in. Very unusual and I did not agree with this provision at all. This should have been made clear sooner. Also, the cleaning fee was very high.

- We are sorry for the inconvenience regarding the ID request. My understanding is that the Evolve team would notify guests at the time the reservation was made that an ID may be required for check-in. This step is included to ensure guest's ID name matches the name on the reservation for security purposes, and is a common request across vacation rentals.
