Perfect Location, Great House
4/5 The house is near my brother’s and walking distance to Downtown Tucson. The area felt fine and safe. We love Downtown Tucson with so many bars, restaurants and shops. We would probably stay there again when we go for another visit.

2 weeks in Tucson
4/5 We passed 2 weeks in Tucson for business. The house is reasonably close to the university and in good condition. It would benefit from wi-fi and washing machine.

Very Disappointed
1/5 We rented this property for UA family weekend. As we pulled into the neighborhood I immediately had reservations - the house is awful from the outside and the neighborhood is terrible. It feels unsafe. As we entered the house there was an overwhelming smell of rotten eggs. Upon further inspection we found the smell came from the spare bedroom and bathroom that is off to the side of the living room. We left that door closed all weekend as the smell was unbearable. The house is filthy. We all had to wear flip flops or shoes because if you did not our feet were black. The beds are awful - and the pillows are worse. Towels are all mismatched and stained. Everything is cobbled together and basically falling apart. Do not stay here.
