Beautiful and comfortable
5/5 We got to learn a little bit about the owners from the stuff on the mantel. Its a beautiful home and it was cozy and comfortable. Everything we needed was available as if we were in our home away from home.

Perfect home base for day trips
4/5 Check in/check out was contactless and simple. The property was as described, clean, spacious and relatively well placed in the city. We loved the spacious living areas and the porches. Would reccomend.

needs cleaning and maintenance
2/5 House would have been fine if it was cleaned and maintained properly. The furnace was dirty and had no functioning filter. There was broken glass and bottle caps all over the back yard. The bed frame was falling apart and the sheets were old and worn out.

Christmas disappointment
2/5 I’ve rental from VRBO before with good success but this house was in bad shape. Nothing was overseen. The couches had big stains, knobs off kitchen doors, no glasses beside a couple of juice glasses, dishes a mishmash. Bedding looked like it was 10 years old and not nice to begin with. Master bed was ok but other beds were terrible. The outside area had a broken table and fold up metal chairs to sit in. Rusty and dirty. Dishwasher broke after one wash so we washed by hand. I told property manager but no one came to fix. It was Christmas weekDec 19-26. I don’t need perfection but the house was in terrible shape. Handle of shower came off in my daughters hand and ours was wobbly. I talked to property manager and she brought dishes, glasses. Owner put knobs on cabinets and brought plastic chairs for outside after we discussed. Not much better frankly. I have pictures of everything. What a broken house. Ugh.
