5/5 This property exceeded expectations based on the website. Clean, reasonably well stocked, nice location, view, and well maintained. A couple of suggested upgrades that would be easy and not costly would be a better internal WIFI signal which was slow and did not have full house coverage, coding of all TVs to have access to Netflix, and an updated BBQ. Still rated 5 stars though.

Comfortable location for family gathering
