  This place is just ok. The beds were the MOST uncomfortable that I've ever slept on. We tried moving to the other room aft the first night. The living room furniture seemed of very cheap quality and also incredibly uncomfortable. The blankets and pillows are barely enough to cover one body. There is a pool maintenance man that shows up every Thursday which is clearly stated in the check in remarks. Be aware if you have animals with you to make sure they are inside the home when he shows up. I missed this when reading the check in rules and I'm glad we were at the property when he showed up because our Malinois shepherd was outside with us and greeted the maintenance guy and his daughter when arriving. Thank god they didn't let him out of the yard or my dog did not become protective and bite them! Other than these two very important pieces of information the property was ok. The sink in the kitchen has a faucet that is incorrectly installed but we managed. They have a golf putting green which was nice. The pool awning/shade was broken but we were ok with it bc we wanted the sun. Pool was the best part. Location was very convenient and neighborhood seemed friendly.

  Hi Shar. The homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
  - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, I'm sorry the mattress and living room furniture didn't meet your preferences. I understand this is subjective, as I've received multiple reviews stating how comfortable it is.
  - To clarify, the kitchen sink does work; there is a motion sensor that needs to be activated for water to come out. This is also described in full in the guest book.
  - I'm a bit confused about your comment regarding the broken awning because there isn't a pool awning on the property.
  - It's great that you enjoyed the pool and location; however, your concerns about the pool maintenance man are unfortunate. We describe his weekly Thursday visit in depth for guests so that they can plan their pool time accordingly. We also could have spoken with you directly about this, had you informed us of your pet coming along, as required in the Rental Agreement.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  My family and I just relocated to Phoenix and this was our first place we stayed at while looking for our forever home and it was the best. Everything was here that we needed and I would definately book again.
