5/5 Very nice home. Everything was very clean and beds are very comfortable. It was located close to ASU and we were attending the softball games at ASU.
Overall nice property
4/5 I enjoyed my overall stay in Tempe and Monique was very nice and professional. The residence has great potential, once you enter the property it’s spacious than first outside glance If there was anything that could be improved it would be cleanliness (pantry items, hair on headboards, odor from drains) and the thermostat not working. I may also be better to update the front couch, where the TV is located for comfort. The residence served its purpose, Thank You!
