Things I loved and things to note
5/5 We came down for a family Spring Break/Spring Training trip. After a long drive and staying in hotels for a few days, we were ready to be in a house and have our own space. This place is clean and beautiful. The beds are super comfortable. It has so many extra thoughts that are great like coffee pods, creamers and syrups, spices, full kitchen, toiletries, comfy blankets, laundry detergent, games, etc. My 13-year-old daughters loved the ping pong table in the garage as well. The outdoor area is a great place to relax after a full day of watching baseball. It was too chilly to use the pool, but we used the hot tub. Communication was great with owners and they came out replaced batteries in TV remote that was dead on 1st day.
Things to note...there is only basic cable (local channels only), so be prepared to have streaming apps passwords with you or you won't have many options when it comes to watching TV.
Also, there are only 2 TVs in the house. One is in the main living room and one is in a bunkbed room. It would have been nice to have a TV in the master bedroom, but we survived.
We didn't know this, but there is an air force base that trains on fighter jets not too far from Surprise. They train pretty regularly throughout the day, so be prepared for the noise. We got used to it, but it is kind of startling the first time you hear it.

4/5 Communication was great , we come to AZ 4 or 5 times a year .. will for sure stay there again .

5/5 Beautifully appointed property. Extremely clean! We only had one issue with the pool:spa but the manager helped us the next day and we enjoyed it immensely.

Stayed in surprise
4/5 We enjoyed our stay in house , the area was convenient to every place . The communication was great . Very nice hot tub . I will defiantly stay there again when we come back to Arizona in April .
Nice house with pool
4/5 Good size of house and pool to hold up to 14 people. Only con about this is I sent property owner message couple of times related to pool light and light outside and got no response from the owner.
