4/5 Clean, quite, and the location was perfect. I appreciated the email directly from the owner Diane, the morning of our arrival. Her information was helpful and it reassured us that we were at the right place at the right time.
Easy and comfotable
5/5 For what I was looking for and needed, this was perfect. It could definitely use some upgrades, but everything worked just fine (oven, TV, shower, washer/dryer, etc...). If you're looking for something fancy, this probably won't be your top choice, but it was clean, and comfortable and the owner is very pleasant.
The location is convenient to stores, rec centers, golf, and the freeway.
I'll definitely rent there again when I return.
Pretty home and area
5/5 This house was attractive inside and out. Very comfortable beds. Fully equipped. The driveway was accessible to the house for disabled people, and the one floor was great.

Great location, close to community centers, golf courses & shopping
3/5 Definitely needs updating. Lack of wifi a definite drawback (even with free wifi about one mile away) when there for an extended period of time. Also lack of cable, as major networks don’t always come in. Needs blankets on the beds...nights get pretty cool during the winter months. Owner was good to work with.
