Beautiful house with spectacular views
5/5 We had a wonderful stay with our family and friends. The house was well-organized and well stocked. There were plenty of beds and it was very clean. The view from the deck was amazing.

Outstanding Experience!
5/5 We had an amazing time at Utopia Retreat. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular and enjoyable from the deck. The house is roomy, comfortable and extra clean. The bedding is top notch and the kitchen is well equipped. We were extra happy to find a coffee bar in the kitchen, since we are all coffee lovers. The kids were glad hot cocoa pods were included. We spent the evenings walking the neighborhood and playing board games. It was rather windy during our stay, but we're aware Mother Nature always rules! We attended the Pinetop/Lakeside annual Balloon Festival this weekend and it did not fail to impress with food trucks, beer gardens, vendors, live music and several hot air balloons. The Saturday night balloon glow was breathtaking!!

Thanksgiving family getaway.
5/5 We had a great time, taking plenty of Hikes, long walks, cooking great food and played plenty of card games. The views from this house are gorgeous… I can’t say enough good things about the hosts Deb and Jerry…..everything in the house was functional and in working order. Zero complaints!Places we frequented during our stay;The Pour Station (great local coffee)Buffalo Bills Tavern (good drinks etc)
