• Decent home but had multiple issues

  Great spacious home. Huge pantry, nice sized fridge, great entertainment on the pool table. Master bed was so comfortable. Issues were as follows; upstairs is a large open room with an air mattress, air mattress was going flat on arrival and unfortunately would not stay full. Ended up having to purchase one for the remainder of our stay. Second issue was regulating the fridge temp. Some times of the day it would be cold and later on the day it was Luke warm which was concerning for food safety. Third issue was we bought steaks to grill only to realize that the grill was so nasty and not kept up with as a grill should, Forth issue which is more just an inconvenience that I was unaware of was only one tv in the entire home, so at times it was a bit of a fight. Lastly, renting a home with mouse traps is kind of a deterrence, especially when it’s a live trap in the master bedroom. Other than that it was a nice home.

• Perfect getaway Cabin

  Beautiful and private cabin in a great setting. Cabin was really clean and we really enjoyed the open family room with pool table.

• Awesome property

  Difficulty traveling in the snow not being accumulated to those conditions. Hence the reason we had to shovel the driveway and the front porch/stairs not wanting to risk injury on the premises, which wasn’t a big deal but took some effort. I’m certain not everyone will be up for the challenge!

• Relajante paseo familiar

  Fue una experiencia increíble, la cabaña hermosa, muy limpia, muy amplia y con todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días disfrutando del lugar. Realmente mi esposo, nuestros tres hijos y yo disfrutamos muy jo de esta hermosa cabaña, y la mesa de billar per padre realmente nos entreteníamos muchísimo jugando, oh y el porche súper amplio nos encantó que tiene asador para cocinar afuera y a mi familia y a mi nos encanta cocinar afuera así que eso nos gustó mucho. Definitivamente se cualquier a cualquier persona les recomendamos esta hermosa cabaña.

• Amazing house, communication needs improvement

  Apart from the lack of communication by the Property Manager, that caused us issues late night, we had an amazing experience at this house. The house is well equipped, minute details are taken care of in terms of how the guests will require things to utilize during their stay. The outdoor sitting area is amazing, the pool table was something that our kids loved it. The master bedroom has an attached office, and considering one of the family members had to work, this was a blessing in disguise. The home is in a great neighborhood, and feels secure. After discussing our issues with the Property Manager and the company that handles this property, they were very considerate in taking care of our needs and we thank Evolve and the Property Manager for the same.
