  The online process was easy and allowed us to check-in an hour early. The accuracy was not on point for a few reasons: the grill was super dirty and could not use, the arcade was not working properly, master bedroom fire place not working, upstairs balcony door was stuck and not locking properly, no good cooking pans so bring your own. We notified the renting agent and sent him pictures. He responded immediately at first and told us he would send someone if possible to fix arcade. He stated the cleaners should have cleaned grill but it was so filthy we could not remove the debris/dried food. We decided to purchase a small one to grill food. Shortly after, the agent stopped responding and no one came to fix arcade. We liked the location and it's close to Sunrise ski resort. Disappointing that some of the features we selected this property for were not up to par and no resolution was provided.

  -We apologize for the inability to fix the arcade before your stay. We had a technician at the property as soon as we were able. To get the components to the mountain location, there was a few days of delay. We did make an installation to fix the parts and they are all in to ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded
  -We are sorry you had issues with the fireplace in the house. The fireplace has directions, unfortunately, the gas was turned off and the pilot light needed to be relit. We wish we had known you had concerns about this during your stay so we could have checked on it for you
  -With regards to the pots and pans- we appreciate your feedback and will be getting some new ones to accommodate our future guests
  Thank you again for providing such valuable feedback. We are confident our home is in perfect shape for future travelers and that future guests will continue to enjoy five-star stays here!

  House was beautiful but some items broken fireplaces didn’t work no garbage cans outside for trash had to haul into town to dispose of. No basic items like salt or pepper only one toilet paper roll no in one of the 2 bathrooms. Grill had no propane and handle on grill was broken. Outside light’s wrapped around porch didn’t work. No snow shovel to clear drive way or front entrance to house.

  - We are sorry that your experience did not meet your preference. The fireplace had a pilot light that was out and could have been relit in a matter of a minute so we wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have resolved these issues immediately.
  - We usually stock salt and pepper in the pantry so we will check to see if they were removed by the previous tenant and replace them quickly.
  - We stock 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom with extras so our guests can have enough while they are in the home.
  - After careful investigation, the outside lights are working fine so you may not have flipped the correct light switch during your stay.
  - You are correct about the snow shovel, apparently a previous tenant had broken the last one and thrown it away. That has been replaced.
  Again, my apologies and feel free to reach out to me personally on any future stays so I can make sure your experience is top-notch!
