• Amazing weekend!!

  We had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin playing games, grilling, roasting s’mores and catching some good sized trouts at Fools Hollow Lake. Our host Holly was very accommodating and responsive throughout our entire stay. Cabin was super clean and had plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy this pristine find!

  This location feels secluded. Lots of space inside and out. Beautifully rustic. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. Fantastic stay. We hope to return some day.

• Unreliable host

  We book this property one night prior to our arrival. We do have a service dog and I sent the host an email informing them of that fact the very same evening. Host called back next afternoon and we had a pleasant conversation, she mentioned that they are not very comfortable with the service dog since they don’t allow pets and at this point I have offered to cancel since I didn’t want to make the host uncomfortable. She responded that the service dog was ok and we can proceed with our stay. Several hours latter, at the time of check in I received a call from the management company saying that the host would like to cancel. That placed us in the difficult position since we were already in route with 16 month old baby and no place to stay! If the host had accepted my offer to cancel during our phone conversation, I would not have had a problem with it at all, but since they decided to wait until a very last moment and than cancel that is just not a good hosting!

  Hi Jon, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but after talking with the homeowner, we'd like to take a moment to clarify the following:
  - The owner prioritizes every guest experience, and they always do all they can to accommodate their guests. However, there were a couple of items related to your reservation that the owner felt the property might not be the best fit for your stay.
  - Evolve informed you of the cancellation prior to your departure for the cabin, and we issued a full refund.
  As is evidenced by the many great reviews, the owner is accustomed to providing five-star experiences, and we're confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

  The owner of this property was so helpful and made sure we had all the info we needed. The house was perfect and clean, and we spend most of our time enjoying the outdoors around the property.

• Beautiful place!

  The cabin was beautiful! We had 3 couples and 4 kids stay there. Our host was great. Excellent communicator and I appreciate all the info she gave us before and during our stay.

  The house was spotless and supplied with everyone we needed. The view was great and nearby trail was a treat as well.
