• Great little cozy woods trailer

  My wife and I stayed here for a weekend, 2 nights, and enjoyed the woods and cooler weather away from Phoenix. We enjoyed the cozy and comfortable home and really enjoyed the surprise of a hot tub outside! That was not in the listing, but a welcome surprise. Do know this is back in from a RV and trailer home neighborhood. Not a problem but we didn't realize that and took us a bit to find it as we thought we were in the wrong location.

  we were apprehensive driving into the complex but fell in love with the place. next to the forest. everything you need. loved our hike around fool hollow lakethe bar b q was appreciated.

• Very Misleading

  No communication with property owners or park manager. No check in instructions. No mention that property was a converted RV. Property is at least ten years past due for major renovation. Floor is rotted out in kitchen and stairs. All faucets need to be replaced. Carpet is just disgusting. There was never anyone at the RV park office. Just a sign that said I'll be back at ** time.Left two days earlier than planned.

• Poor management

  I arrived at this rental on April 12, 2021. The ramp to get up to the front door is steep and very slippery due to the several entry mats sliding when applying weight on them, they need to be permanently attached. When I unlocked the front door (sliding glass) and walked in the sliding door does not close completely, so in came the flies and other insects. There was so much unseen sharp objects, food crumbs etc in the carpet that had not been cleaned up prior to my arrival. I found the vacuum in the bedroom with the canister completely filled, the filters had not been cleaned out in a very long time. I emptied the canister and cleaned the filters. Windows were hard to open and close. The window latches were broken off most of the windows. The kitchen chair foot rest was broken (the gentleman from the MH park said he has known about that and hasn’t fixed it yet. Most of the blinds are bent. The back porch has a light but when I tried to turn it on, nothing happened. I tried to find the right switch to get light in the back for sitting outside while the dog does his business. Without lights there are too many steps, stones etc to trip over so we walked the dark street for the dog to do his business. I spoke with many people at Evolve (Management Company) and their representative promised me to return 2 of the 3 days damage deposit. That has not happened. I asked for the cleaning fee to be returned and was denied by the owner stating: “They confirmed that the park manager opened and closed the windows for you and that there is an external light.” I sent photos of the dirt and broken window latches, the broken kitchen chair and filthy carpet. I was the one to clean the place and report the broken items and I was the one to be charged for cleaning and damage. I hope no one has the same experience I had with this owner and Management Company.

  It was a super nice stay perfect for myself and my 2 kids and grand baby

  The one major thing I would change is the check in time we had to wait until 4 o'clock and we had already been in the car three hours the kids were tired and wanted to just relax and lay down for a bit other than that it was great.
