• Great place, but need more clear communication.

  The place is great! However, there were some little things that made the trip a bit of a headache. First is we didn't receive an accurate address. The vrbo site didn't have the unit number and the directions from the host had everything except the unit number. So I had to call vrbo to have them tell me. The host later showed me what vrbo shoud of sent, showing the unit number. Also, the property management sent a text with the check in procedures through text which I didn't see. It should simply be one of the first things you see. It shouldn't be a digging process. Also we spent 20 minutes trying to find the building. We later noticed there was a map on the very bottom of the long welcoming email from the host. After a long drive, the last thing tenants should do is have to dig to find something. The important things shoud be first. Second is out of the.hosts control, but the neighbor upstairs would stomp every morning and night. It was very annoying for hours. Luckily we were mostly exhausted after hiking that we sort of ignored it.

• Lovely unit. Great location.

  We are long-time fans of Oak Creek for visiting the Sedona area and this one bedroom unit was in a perfect location for us. The unit itself has been completely renovated. It's modern with a touch of western chic. We loved it. It's also right across from Clark's grocery – another one of our favs. The unit was well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, etc. And the bedroom was perfect. Very comfy bed. The bathroom was very nice as well, especially the bluetooth speaker/light. Again, all upgraded and new. The only quibble would be the heat and the fireplace. Unfortunately, the heat did not work while we were there and it was January, so pretty chilly. The fireplace is only for the burning processed paper logs and the one that was supplied would not burn. I did tell Lynne, the owner, and she was very gracious. Overall, though, a lovely place.

• Delightfully Cozy

  Every comfort was thought of. Any questions were answered quickly. Convenient location for groceries, deli items etc. Quiet retreat after a day of hiking. Great location out of the hustle of Sedona. Would definitely love to rent again in the future.

• Weekend get away

  Beautifully remodeled place. Cozy and warm feeling in a great location. Walking distance to a couple local bars, coffee shop, and weekend art show.

  Normally, we wouldn't choose to stay at a brand new listing, but the photos were so tempting...and they delivered! This is a comfortable condo, updated and curated for a lovely stay. The location is fantastic, with great restaurants in walking distance and easy access to great trails and the red rocks. The bed was quite comfy, and we greatly appreciated being able to do laundry after several weeks on the road.
