  New and clean! Great size. Great location!Only neg are the beds/mattress. Hard and sleep wasn’t great. Also, bed frames moved a lot. Spend on some better mattresses and this place would be perfect! For the rate Id need better sleep.Communication with hosts was great! Very clean upon arrival. Great location. Thunder Mountain Bike shop is a two minute pedal from the porch. A great porch ! Great parking. Had a van. Awesome property. Upgrade your bed game.

  - We appreciate you letting us know about the beds as we try to accommodate all guests' comfort. The queen bed is medium firm and the king bed is firm. We were notified by other guests that the medium bed was too soft, so we got a firm mattress for one room and left the medium firm in the other. To ensure efficiency, the bed frames have been tightened and reinforced.
  - We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - we would have been happy to help.

  Incredible stay at this super cozy, cute and unbelievably clean little gem of a house in Sedona! The location is fantastic, the beds were very comfortable and the house has everything you need. The host has done a superb job of having everything very well organized, wow! I highly recommend this place!

• Great Accommodations Above Expectations

  My girlfriend and I drove down to Sedona to celebrate both of our birthdays over a long weekend. Our host Sara had already reached out the day before our arrival to go over the check-in process, and to let us know she was there for anything we needed during our stay. The check-in was simple, which was nice after the long drive. We found the house to be clean, well-equipped for anything you could need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas. You can tell Sara really cares about people who are renting her place. There were countless resources telling about the area provided. There were all of the little amenities in the kitchen like coffee pods, sweeteners, bottled water, etc. The bathroom included ample towels, shampoos, body wash, q-tips, etc. I feel as if all of these things went above and beyond what was to be expected in a rental unit. Everything was super-organized as well. Sara was responsive to the few questions/needs that we had over the course of our stay, and she accommodated a last minute request to extend our check-out time by an hour or so.

  The location of the house is a bonus as well, as it is right in the heart of Sedona. We joked that every restaurant we booked was within a mile or two of the house. There is also a Whole Foods, Starbucks and pharmacy within a mile radius.

  Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this house, and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area.
