Very Nice Place and reasonably Priced!
5/5 Look, I read the reviews before coming here, and you can kind of tell which ones were written by whiney-ass perfectionist self-absorbed critical people who are sorry they were born and have a need to make everything sound miserable. This place was awesome. It was clean, the bed was comfy, smallish but all the room we needed, and an excellent value. Honestly, there were no "real" negatives. The baseboards could have some attention paid to them, either cleaned or repainted, but this hardly merits mentioning. When you own a property and you let a bunch of strangers live there, that's what happens. We were allowed to check in earlier than 4pm due to a minor emergency we had, but Ryan was very gracious and very responsive to every question and was always available. I would definitely stay here again.

3/5 Old condo that hasn't aged well. Very poor and dangerous floor coverings. Sparsely equipped. Good location.

5/5 It was a good location, close to everything yet away enough to not be busy. The room itself was a great size for two people and met all of our needs. We didn't really communicate at all with the property manager, which we didn't really feel the need to so really that's okay. No issues with getting into the room when we arrived.

Great location
4/5 Pros: Excellent location, well stocked (except for extra blankets), clean, comfy bed, electric fireplace. Cons: We had trouble accessing the door when we first arrived; we texted the listed contact and never heard back. There were thick metal transitions thru house between rooms that were a huge tripping hazard. One of my kids injured his toe badly on the bathroom one. Carpet was extremely old and smelled of dog urine.

Sedona Sunrise delivers!
5/5 Had a wonderful stay in this condo! Nicely updated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Plus, its in Village of Oak Creek vs. Sedona so a little quieter/less populated way to enjoy the Red Rocks!
