The accommodations were fine and owners friendly. Inside attention to detail acceptable. Attention to the outside, not so much. Old, unused items that clutter the property; stuff that could be readily be consolidated in an storage area or unseen portion of the property, cry out for attention.

The rental property is the first floor of a 2 story house that has separate entrances. To get to the property you need to drive through narrow driveway where construction material, tools and broken flower pots are stored to the right of the door. The owners are seniors with 3 dogs. Once they heard us come at around 4:30pm, Jeff came out with 3 barking dogs to meet us. We walked into the house to discover vents with no covers, smoke alarms ripped off, one of the futons' broken, broken vases as decoration on the counter, and clutter everywhere producing a very stuffy, clusterphobic smell. The thing that got me was that the both the heat and the internet is controlled by the owners upstairs. They like to keep the house at 63° degrees. I told them that since I have 3 like kids who don't like to get dressed and it's 42° outside at night, they need to up that to 76°. Jeff said that it would make it too hot upstairs but he'll see what he can do. At around 8pm, Jeff came over to tell us that since the heater is not working, he brought a tech to fix it and will be making some noise in the back room. They were done by 9pm. The dogs barked once at midnight. The walls are paper things so every noise is heard. After putting kids to bed, I tried working at night and the internet kept booting me out. There is no phone service in the house, no matter who your property is, you can't call or text anyone. Working remotely is a nightmare. The next day when we came back to the property, Gwendolyn came over to chit chat, telling us that this is the 1st time kids are staying at the house and that they bought the property from the church and it required a lot of repairs that have not been completed as of yet. The house is still under construction. She also told us that she and her husband were going to their other house in Flagstaff for the night and should be back the next day, leaving "house care taker" in the house. That night the house smelled like canibus and in the morning it got worse. I contacted Gwendolyn and she told me that the smell was coming front the neighbors which is hard to believe because the house was permeated with it. The following night my 3 yo got sick, so we decided to go home a day early. I told the owners in the morning. "She is a very vocal child", Jeff said. Gwendolyn said we can come back and stay again. I have emailed her for a partial refund and have not heard back as of yet. Would not recommend.

We are a family of six, accommodations and sleeping arrangements were very satisfactory. Beautiful home, beautiful area, quiet and serene. Galley kitchen with plenty of counter space. Plenty of dishes to use. Washer and dryer a plus. Internet a plus. Big television to enjoy with the family. Very pet friendly. Hosts were very accommodating if we needed anything. Even though hosts lived on property we were able to have lots of privacy with very little intrusion. Luckily, we brought all of our own food with us as it is not a short drive to the store. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.
