  We definitely chose the right part of town to stay in - clean, quiet, beautiful view, close to hikes, away from the crowds. This was a well stocked, comfortable home, with a beautiful outside patio. Comfy bed, beautiful shower, nice kitchen. It was close to most of the hikes we wanted to do, and to many great restaurants.

  If you are reading the description of this property and are at all concerned or confused about the Casita being attached to the main house- don't be! They have done such an excellent job! You have your own shaded parking, you're mere minutes drives from the best restaurants and hikes- it really is an excellent location in that regard, but just wait until you see the view from your adorbs patio absolutely perfect for morning coffee! Great bed and excellent shower if you're like us and primarily there to hike and then hit the great restaurants. There were really nice guests in the larger house we ran into once for pleasant hellos, but I'm telling you, the way they have the 2 places set up you have no idea you even have neighbors. You'll never hear them nor vice versa.Lastly, Julie, the host, she's amazing. Great communication, great recommendations, and just an awesome attitude that made the stay that much better. If it's just you and your partner, the Casita is perfect, if you want to take some other friends along to see the perfect location, check out the larger house!

  This was our first time staying at a VRBO and I cannot say enough good things about it. It was so much better than staying at a hotel - more private and quiet. The house was very clean and cozy. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to chat with via text. We stayed there in March when it was more chilly than usual which was great because there didn't seem to be as many hikers - there were a few hills nearby that we could have hiked but we chose Bell Rock and Sugarloaf which were amazing! We managed to find parking at those trail heads without a problem. The heat setup in the house was perfect. The shower was awesome and the washer/dryer came in very handy. The breakfast bar was perfect for just the two of us. Loved having a TV in both the living room and bedroom. The mattress was very comfy. You can't go wrong with this adorable house and the location is perfect if the west side is where you want to be. I'd highly recommend it. Book this location. You won't regret it!

  The casita is very easy to find and is fairly central to everything. The Safeway is about a mile away and easy to access on your way back from your adventures.The bed was very comfortable and the shower is awesome. We didn't have to wash clothes but there is a washer dryer there. No dishwasher but it was only two if us so easy to wash the dishes.we are there two nights just to take a break from restaurant foods. My husband was thrilled as the gas tank was full AND the lighter on the grill actually works.. There is a nice patio with an awesome view of thunder mt but it was only warm enough one afternoon to sit there. The owner was very responsive to my texts. Overall we would stay there again if we ever make it back to sedona
