Great Location
5/5 We loved our stay at this well-kept home. The location was fantastic. The grounds were lush with trees and very well kept. Walking distance to the creek and hiking. And it’s the perfect location for traveling up and down 89A to check out the variety of creek access points and different activities, we really enjoyed taking our kids to the rainbow trout fish farm. The house had everything we needed, and was the perfect size. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood
5/5 We enjoyed our stay at this Indian Gardens home. It was the perfect size for our party of 3. It’s nice to go “home” after a day exploring and hiking and have living space for relaxing and preparing quick meals vs a hotel room. The cost was a third of booking two hotel rooms for a week. The house is several miles north of town off the scenic highway. Our host, Amanda from Evolve, was responsive to issues or questions during our stay. The kitchen is in need of a pizza pan, cookie sheet and the coffee maker needs to be replaced…..it takes a while to brew coffee as mentioned in a previous review. We have many wonderful memories of our Sedona adventure!
Basic comforts
4/5 Regarding instructions for access to the property, # sign needs to be removed from code in order to access property through the security gate. Disappointed there were no wine glasses available for four adults. The electrical outlets in the kitchen above the counter were not functioning. Had to make coffee in the bathroom. The Mr. Coffee Pot was a very, very slow drip. Took over an hour to brew 8 cups of coffee. Snowed when we were there and it would have been nice to have the gas fireplace functioning. It wasn't. The beds were comfortable and firm. They provided detergent for the laundry but it took us a while to figure out how to turn the water on in order for them to operate. We would have appreciated more local information; i.e., a menu from the market/bakery across the road, any hiking within walking distance from house? Recommend a notebook to record experiences of previous visitors? This has always been helpful in my prior experiences with VRBO.

Cute and quiet place!
5/5 Laid out great for two couples or a family. I loved that it was in a very quiet neighborhood and close to trail heads. Would stay again!
