Almost Great
4/5 The only fly in the ointment was the heating of the pool. We paid extra for that so we could enjoy a comfortable temp. of the water. The host has a phone app that is the control for it; which he only has use of, from what he told us upon arrival. He turns it off before the pool is usable and we asked for it to be turned on several times over our stay. He would turn it on for no more than an hour. The first few days the pool was unusable as to the water temp. being so cold. It never stayed at a consistent temp. and it was always cooling off every night. The daily weather got warmer and warmer over our stay and the pool was heated by the sun throughout the day which helped make it usably comfortable. We contacted evolved and made a complaint. I suspect he wanted to maximize his profit by not expending costs to maintain a consistent usable temp. of the water in the pool for our stay. Location of prop. is convenient to old town.

5/5 House is clean and location was perfect for old town. Pool was clean and relaxing. Quiet neighbour hood. Bbq area was fantastic. Everything was super chill and fun! Beds are comfortable and rooms are a nice size! I highly recommend this spot to anyone coming to Scottsdale.
