• Very nice home but had issues

  House was clean and beautiful. Main issue, there were 3 girls staying at the property. The first night there, we were getting ready to go to dinner and NO electrical would work in the bathroom! Someone was out and fixed it the next day, however, as soon as both bathrooms were being used the electrical went off again. We called, but this time no response so the entire stay we could NOT use the bathroom to get ready. This was a HUGE pain! Also, as much as you pay for the property the toilet paper should be much better.

• Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

  The house was pretty much as advertised and matched the pictures shown in the listing. I was unable to access the front door using the code sent to me by email but the issue was promptly resolved with a quick phone call; fortunately, we did not arrive late in the evening when this may have presented problems. The house was very clean and neat but was a bit sterile. Some additional decorations and wall hangings would make it feel much more "homey". The beds were super comfortable with terrific pillows but the master bedroom also felt sterile with only bedside tables and nowhere to set more than one suitcase. Bathrooms were very clean and basics (shampoo and body wash) were provided which is a nice touch. Kitchen was clean and well appointed but a Keurig coffee maker would have been nice instead of having to brew a whole pot of coffee. Night lights placed strategically throughout the house would be a nice touch to avoid stumbling around in the dark. More indoor games, puzzles or other things to do in the evening would have been nice.The backyard is as beautiful as the pictures. The hot tub was clean, at a good temperature and worked perfectly; however, the pool was unheated and too cold to use in March. Would recommend having better quality outdoor furniture as the cheap plastic table and four chairs looked like something from Walmart. I would also recommend having some outdoor games like corn hole for guests to make better use of the beautiful patio. The neighborhood is super quiet other than some noise from the nearby elementary school during the day. The location is NOT close to downtown Scottsdale but offers easy access to the 101 being only 20-30 minutes to almost anywhere you would want to go. All in all, a great experience and we would stay there again.

We have 2 suitcase stands in the primary bedroom closets in addition to the bench at the foot of the bed, sorry those must have been out of your sight. We have games, puzzles, and night lights in the property, again must have evaded you, unfortunately! Thank you for your suggestion about the outdoor furniture, we will consider upgrading this. Hopefully you come again and be able to take advantage of more that our house has to offer and probably more comfort outdoors next time as well. Thank you again for choosing our property.
