Solid property
4/5 We were here with a group of 7 for a long weekend. Location was great and the house had the majority of what we needed. More than enough space and we never felt cramped. Only draw back is the house is a bit beat up in places-paint chipping, fridge door appears to be broken, dirty outdoor furniture. Pool isn’t heated, so not ideal for swimming once the sun goes down. Good common areas that are ideal for hanging out inside or outside.
Pool too cold to use (end of March rental)
2/5 We were quite disappointed with the fact that the pool was too cold for us to use (even the adults found it unbearable), which is why we rented the house in the first place. There wasn't even a pool cover which may have helped with insulating from the cold temperatures overnight. I can't speak for the warmer months, but if you're looking for a pool rental during early spring, this is not for you.
The host was responsive and the house had everything we needed (and comfortable beds) so would recommend from that perspective.

Unfortunately, it has been unseasonably cold for March and our pool is not heated which we do advertise on our house description. We're glad you found our home comfortable and to your liking. 5/5 Everything was clean the lay out was nice it was just like the pictures. The host was everything had a book with everything so it could smoothly and it did definitely would recommend
