• Good location, spacious home

  Great communication (except for one tiny thing I will mention later) and very easy check in and out. Nice big pool and nice outdoor area. Home was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 5 adults 1 child. Excellent location and nice on a culdesac. Just make sure when you go to the store to get tp! After we realized on our last evening that we were running out they said they only provide enough for the first 24 hrs (there was actually almost enough for whole trip)which may be stated somewhere but I didn't think of it as I've not experienced that before - seemed odd to me. The other downsides are pretty small and may even seem not picky - all the bathrooms are upstairs which is a pain and the acoustics upstairs are bad - just walking around or moving about upstairs is loud throughout the house so it was noisy at times, in the morning when others are trying to sleep etc. The sauté pans in the kitchen are trash - not the greatest set up for cooking but sufficient. Overall a positive experience and good value

  Very impressed with the property. Very warm and welcoming. Great for the weekend getaway. Close to Golf courses! Would highly recommend!

• Fantastic Stay!

  Absolutely wonderful stay! The house is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. My teenagers were especially thankful for the snacks after a long travel day. The pool and backyard were stunning, we really enjoyed our time outside. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable.

  Note: both bathrooms are upstairs, this is in the listing and we knew that ahead of time. But as an avid review reader before booking wanted to mention it here too.

  Check in and access to the house was easy and the entire property was very clean and well maintained.

  Perfect spot for our family and great location for spring training. Thank you!

• Wonderful Vacation Rental

  We LOVED our stay! Quiet neighborhood, very cozy beds, & amazing backyard/interior space. The bathrooms are both upstairs which was great for us, but if you have any mobility issues, just keep that in mind. The outdoor space is so relaxing, with a bbq, firepit, gas firepit/sitting area, outdoor lights, and floaties for the pool! The pool was a little cold for a few of us, but the kids had a blast swimming and using the floats. There was even a large grassy area for the dog! We would hands down rent this place again and again. From check in to check out, this home had everything you could want and more.

• Great place close to Old Town

  This is a modest property that appears to be a relatively recent economical flip. The property met our needs, was comfortable, and conveniently located close to Salt River Fields, Talking Stick, and Old Town Scottsdale. We made use of the foosball table, chess, and enjoyed the outdoor living space (fire pit and TV). A couple nice-to-haves would have been more TP, some boxes of Kleenex, and one of the pumps in the bathroom containing lotion (both contained handsoap). We didn't ask for these things, so no fault of the property manager - they were very helpful and friendly with the check-in process, just a suggestion for future guests.
