  Nothing fancy, but had what we needed in a convenient location. Property, laundry & pool well maintained. The unit itself needed a more thorough cleaning (some of the blankets were stained and had holes, dust was thick on ceiling fans and bathroom vents), but was comfortable overall.

  Host was great. Got all the information I need it right away. The place was clean, which is most important. We were walking distance to old Scottsdale. There was a parking space it was all good.

  As soon as we arrived, there were dirty towels left at the front door which I’m assuming were from the previous guests. We had no towels throughout our stay and had to purchase at Target. I made multiple attempts and left messages to inform the host with no success, nor did anyone return my phone call. There was no iron and beds had a simple dow cover. The previous reviews had complained about missing slates from the bedroom blinds, which I assumed had been fixed, and unfortunately had not been replaced. I had to place a blanket over the bedroom windows for privacy. Lastly, the sofa bed was broken and found our stay somewhat of a disappointment for the amount we paid and neighborhood it is located in.

• Adequate but would not return

  Positive: location, quiet neighborhood, host responsive during check-in. Clean but some items are worn out.Negative: mattresses and throw blankets need to be replaced. window blind slats missing so had to use a throw to provide privacy in a bedroom. No toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. Sparsely stocked kitchen—bare minimum (one pot, one pan, very basic)

  - While the beds are only a few months old, we know that mattress preference is unique to each guest, and we were sorry to hear that this specific mattress did not suit your personal preferences.
  - The throw blankets were also recently purchased and are in good condition.
  - The owner apologizes for the issue with the window blinds. They will look into this matter and address it.
