Great Property
5/5 It is a nice property was very clean and well stocked. 3 nice bedrooms. My only caution is that only one room has an ensuite. The other 2 rooms share a bathroom. Still a very enjoyable stay close to the amenities of Old Town Scottsdale

Lipstick on a Pig- DO NOT BOOK!
2/5 I don't even know where to begin with this property. I've been using VRBO/ABNB to book properties for years, and this is my first bad experience. This property is listed as sleeping 6, yet only had 4 coffee cups and 2 lounge pool chairs, which one of them was broken. The photos advertise luscious green lawn and a clean, working pool- neither of these is correct. There is NO green lawn, or even a landscaped backyard. The pool vacuum does not work so the pool was very dirty on the bottom. The dishwasher falls out of the cabinet space it is in when you open the handle, and does not clean dishes. The dryer vent is not hooked up so blows into the laundry room, master bedroom window is broken so only opens/closes from the outside, the shower in the guest bathroom has no pressure, and one panel of a glass door and a shower curtain on the other side, most of the blinds throughout the entire house were broken and unable to be pulled up, yet were shown open in the listing photos. There were no ammenities except salt, pepper and coffee filters, the door lock to even get in the house isn't working properly, maybe new batteries are needed? The cupboard faces in the kitchen are crooked, the master bathroom outlets aren't functioning at all, and have a "sorry out of order" sign taped to them, the closet doors are SO hard to open/close, and there were tiny ants in the master bathroom. I know we were in Arizona so take this how you will, but we were greeted by a scorpion at the foot of the master bed when we arrived. I reached out to the property manager listed, with this concern (just asking if we should be worried there were more) and with a request for more coffee cups and the pool to be fixed, and she only replied about the pool. Later in the trip I requested propane as we wanted to BBQ that night (emailed her around 1 pm) and didn't receive a reply until the next morning. I don't know what the story is with this property, but if it is mine, I would be embarrassed. PLEASE do not stay here, I know you may think I am exaggerating, but I'm not. There were crumbs on the floors, toothpaste on the wall, and tiles with NO GROUT around the master sink. Find a different property to book!

Thanksgiving
5/5 The home is very roomy. We had our family of 14 over for Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of room. We had several small issues but the property manager was quick to fix them and she was very nice.
