    The house was wonder. Located close to everything in Scottsdale. It was clean and well stocked with most items you need while away. Back yard was fabulous with clean pool and real grass. Would recommend this to anyone with a family looking to stay in Scottsdale.

    This property was clean and offered excellent amenities. Property management was very receptive. Plenty of room for our family trip of 6 people. Nice and safe neighborhood. Close to many great attractions, restaurants, etc.

  • Very tired dated home

    The house was quite dirty. Fridge full of last guests food. Pantry full of old pancake mix flour sugar etc. The outside all though pretty in it’s day has rotten pool side furniture. You need a wrench to get a burner on the bbq. The oven was filthy. We cleaned for 4 days. Left a week early. Andy is a nice guy brought us a vacuum and a rug for the kitchen plus replaced the broken tv in the family room. With that said it is not a very good place to stay especially for how much money we paid.

The local contact does a walk-through of the home before arrival and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in. As is evidenced by the many great reviews, we have never received any complaints about this in the past.

    - We understand the owner promptly responded and went to generous measures to make things right. We regret if we did not come to an agreeable solution. The homeowner does all they can to make it the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

    We enjoyed our stay at the property!! great location, roomy, and fun backyard! Come well stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen necessities abba even snacks, coffee and condiments!
