Didn’t live up to pictures
2/5 The exterior of the building is very poorly maintained, needs painting etc.The hall bath has black mold in the shower.The living room couches are in need of replacing, very worn.There was garbage in the outside containers and no one picked up the garbage when we were leaving after a 7 day stay. Needless to say the smell was terrible!

Hi Louis L, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We take our guest feedback seriously, although this is something that is outside of our control as the exterior maintenance of the condo, such as the painting of the building is the responsibility of the HOA, I took it upon myself to hire a professional company and had my unit power washed, we're sorry this had a negative impact on your stay.
- We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay, we would have been more than happy to address any concerns you may have had, we have since followed up and further investigated your concerns and can confirm that no mold could be detected.
- We have never had this complaint before, the couches are only a few years old and found to be very comfortable and in addition, the unit is set up to mimic the rustic Arizona desert feel, but we're sorry if they were not to your liking.
- We were made aware of this issue prior to your stay and have been in constant communication with the HOA requesting the clean-up and removal of the garbage in the downstairs trash closet. We have an instruction book located in the kitchen that states the trash is to be taken out to the dumpsters by the tennis courts and is not to be left in the downstairs trash closet for this reason.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Great Scottsdale location
5/5 Property was exactly what we needed for our family. Located 10 minutes north of Old Town Scottsdale and 5 minutes from the Salt River Fields for Spring training.Owner was in contact with us by email before, during and after our stay.
