Cozy, quiet, perfect
5/5 As other reviewers have said, this is an older condo and it does have that "grandparent musty smell" when you first walk in. The photos make it clear that there are two walls of mirrors, so don't assume this is a larger place than it is. I stayed with my girlfriend and her 9 month old. It would be comfy, but a little crowded with 4 adults. It was perfect for us. The A/C is loud, but no louder than what you hear in your average hotel room. And it works, so we had no complaints during the 90-100 degree days. It's extremely close to everything you want to do in and around Scottsdale. Almost everything is within 5-15min. The furthest thing away that I did in the area was 20 min. The airport is 10-12min away. Albertson's is a solid grocery store (as someone who has special dietary needs) and there is a great coffee shop around the corner (Echo Coffee) that you can walk to if you want. We were hot and tired and had issues identifying the right condo and the owners were available and patient with us, making sure we got inside. Make sure you check your spam/junk mail if you don't get their email directly. Don't park in the numbered spot, the unmarked parking when you first arrive is much closer to the condo entrance and still gets shade for most of the day. The pool was great! It's not large, but a nice size to play in and cool off in. I have no idea if it's heated, but it was cooler than the air. And the hot tub was the perfect temp.

Great for All ages
5/5 I visited here for a girls weekend but would have found it very friendly if I brought my kids (under five) her as well. Property was extremely clean, well stocked, and the grounds were well maintained with very friendly neighbors! The neighborhood and complex were quiet and felt very safe. If we get to go back to Scottsdale I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

5/5 Quiet condo community in Old Town Scottsdale didn't disappoint! This unit is well appointed with all you could want or need during your stay. Luxurious bedding and furniture chosen with care. A well stocked kitchen (with spices!).
