5/5 Excellent location in Scottsdale. Approx. one mile walk to Old Town. The condo is well equipped, clean and in nice condition. We would definitely stay here again!

Good condo, a little attention needed
4/5 The property's location is close to downtown Scottsdale and the occupants of the complex are all very nice and friendly. There are some minor but important repairs needed at the condo, like fixing the broken gate into the patio that is a safety issue and bangs at night and no filtered water working in the unit. The property manager responded promptly when notified at check in about them, but he said they had a long list for their handyman but couldn't get him out nor could they obtain the filters.
