Beautiful house and greet neighborhood in San Tan

5/5 This is a spacious, clean, comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. There are a few restaurants and a grocery a short drive away. We found everything we wanted to explore in the area less than an hour's drive away. We had one minor glitch with hot water in the kitchen, which took a second call to the property mgr. and several hours to resolve. The homeowner, however, responded very quickly to our texts. The use of a garage was also much appreciated, and we would highly recommend this property.
