What a gem!
5/5 This house is spotless and has all the updated conveniences: smart TV, automatic lights, great internet, keyless lock, all new appliances, and everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay. The owner is local and very responsive, They have thought of everything! The view is magnificent. The backyard is completely enclosed and very private feeling. The neighborhood clubhouse with a pool, workout room, and pickle ball courts is steps away. I can't see staying anywhere else when I come to Prescott!
Emory Riddel preview weekend trip
5/5 House is new, clean and close to Emory Riddel.My son and I did an 8 mile hike on the Peavine Trail which can be accessed via a short trail at the end of the street.Only a few houses in the neighborhood were occupied during our stay so it was very quiet.Great view of sunsets from the backyard..

5/5 Exceeded out expectations……This home is in a super nice quiet neighborhood. Home is basically new and in perfect condition. Located about 4 miles from downtown Prescott and about 4 miles from Prescott Valley. Close enough to enjoy all the fun, but far enough to enjoy a beautiful view from the back patio in peace and quiet. Comfortable beds, great furniture, super kitchen. Truly, all the comforts of home. Oh, if you have a dog, a fully fenced in yard. Like I said, PERFECT!

This Home was Wonderful!
5/5 We had a really nice time in this home. It was clean and had what we needed. We didn't think it had a coffee pot but, it indeed does have that as well. The views of the mountains are gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place!
