Centrally Located Apt w/ Fireplace & Balcony!

PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 2785 Sports Village Loop, #24A-2, Pinetop, AZ 85935
- This property is located in Sports Village 3
- Your GPS will get you to Pinetop and White Mountain Blvd which runs straight through town. If you are coming from Hon Dah, you will turn right off of White Mountain Blvd onto Buck Springs Rd. If coming from Show Low, you will turn left onto Buck Springs Rd
- Here is where your GPS might lead you astray. Sports Village 3 is the 8th possible right turn off of Buck Springs Road. It will be immediately on your right after you pass Aspen Properties on your left (a large log cabin). The entry is on Fairway Dr and is marked with a sign saying ‘Sports Village 3 & 4.’ Just inside the village will be a large sign on your left that shows the layout of the buildings by number
- This building is marked 24 & 25 and will be the 5th building on your right after you turn onto Sports Village Loop. Walk to the right side of the building to the 2nd set of stairs. Go to 24A-2 (upstairs in building 24 and the 2nd door at the top of the stairs)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation followed by the # sign to unlock the door
- To lock the door, press and hold the # key until the door locks
- Winter months may require the water main to be turned on. The tool you’ll need is stored under the bathroom sink and has a key attached
- The water valve is on the ground level in front of the building
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the apartment by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take all trash and ashes out to the dumpsters in the parking area near your unit. A metal can is provided for the fireplace/pellet stove ashes
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens, pillowcases, and towels in a pile on the washing machine
- Turn off the grill’s gas valve and place the cover back onto the grill after cleaning it
- Return all furniture to their original positions
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances; including A/C units, fans, and heaters
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the apartment is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
