Nice new appliances, but super hard beds
2/5 Would have given 5 stars, but the beds were like sleeping on plywood. My daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. The one lower bunk but was better, so I shared that with my 8 year old, while my husband had to endure the plywood feeling bed in the main bedroom. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, the firmness of a bed mattress is a matter of individual preference and we are disappointed that the beds in this unit did not meet your expectations. We have purchased plush pillow tops for each one to ensure the best stay for every guest."

3/5 It was nice little apartment cozy,was disappointed with the coffee maker not working properly and the bed mattress to hard my husband had to sleep in sofa.

-We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. We have looked into your concerns with the coffee maker and it is working properly. It is a high-end coffee maker that can either brew a pot of drip coffee or make a fresh individual cup via a pod coffeemaker, the settings may have been incorrect. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. While mattress taste is subjective, we have never received any complaints about this in the past. However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that our specific beds did not suit your personal preferences.
