PROPERTY ADDRESS:

- This property is located in Sports Village 3
- Your GPS will get you to Pinetop and White Mountain Blvd which runs straight through town. If you are coming from Hon Dah, you will turn right off of White Mountain Blvd onto Buck Springs Rd. If coming from Show Low, you will turn left onto Buck Springs Rd
- Here is where your GPS might lead you astray. Sports Village 3 is the 8th possible right turn off of Buck Springs Road. It will be immediately on your right after you pass Aspen Properties on your left (a large log cabin). The entry is on Fairway Dr and is marked with a sign saying ‘Sports Village 3 & 4.’ Just inside the village will be a large sign on your left that shows the layout of the buildings by number
- This building is marked 1, 2 & 3 and is located at the end of Fairway Dr after turning onto Sports Village Loop (the 2nd time Sports Village Loop intersects with Fairway Dr). Walk to the front of the building on Sports Village Loop and to the 2nd set of stairs. Go to 2A-1 (upstairs in building 2 and the 1st door at the top of the stairs)

- The water valve is on the ground level behind the building
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the apartment by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take all trash out to the dumpsters in the parking area near your unit
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens, pillowcases, and towels in a pile on the bathroom floor
- Return all furniture to their original positions
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances; including A/C units, fans, and heaters
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the apartment is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
