Very rude neighbors at our arrival.
2/5 We had a very rude neighbor upon us driving up, yelling and screaming at us over parking which we were not aware of. Also, we were not happy that there is not bathrooms attached to the master bedrooms. No privacy. Also everything is space heaters or wall heaters for heating.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience, Maria. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We are so sorry that your stay was not as you expected. We spoke with the neighbor and he assured us that an apology was given. You have mine as well, but please understand external factors like the neighbors are simply out of our control. We understand the issue was over your party parking in his assigned handicapped parking place. Still, he did not need to be rude to you or anyone else
-Our listings are carefully built to reflect our properties in an accurate light and we use professional photos so guests have an idea of what to expect. We've confirmed the listing does not advertise the bathrooms are attached to any bedrooms and we're sorry if this caught you off guard. The master bedroom is adjoining with a small sitting area connecting them. This area is truly private as it is separate from the rest of the condo
-The heat is very common to what you will find in the mountains. Electric
heat is expensive but very comfortable. Therefore, this condo was built
with wall heaters or baseboard heaters in each and every room (some with multiple heaters). This actually provides residents with the ability to customize any room in the condo. As it is still spring in the mountains, you will find that our beautiful weather is still a bit cool in the nights and mornings. We find that the wall heaters will completely heat the condo in about 5 minutes after the guest's arrival
