The rental unit was clean enough and adequately stocked with basic supplies. The property unit suggests that it can sleep 7. It can, but not comfortably. The main suite’s bed is old and sags deeply in the middle. The slightest movement produces a sleep disrupting creak/groan. This necessitates the movement of the sleeping partner to the children’s room with a bunk bed and a single twin. The twin mattress has been placed on a frame that seems to be missing a number of slats and was not long enough. Hence, the end of the bed sags noticeably. The lower bunk was more comfortable.
Unfortunately, the downstairs residents seem to be running some sort of childcare operation. Toys, bikes and the like are liberally stacked against the outside doors. Every morning at about 3/4 am the infant began wailing. This lasted at least 30-45 mins. before the parents reacted. Then, at about 6 am, the exodus to school began with loud prompting by the parents. Be sure to bring good earplugs if you have any hope of sleeping in the am.

-The listing details, provided on all platforms and to each guest are clear and absent of any fine print. The listing is correctly advertised with the bed sizes, but we're sorry if this caught you off guard
-We're sincerely sorry you didn't have a good night's rest. Mattress taste is subjective, However, we apologize that you were not completely comfortable and that these specific mattresses did not suit your personal preference. While one of our mattresses is new in the master suite and the other mattress in the second bedroom is less than three years old. Some mattresses, may not be a perfect fit for every preference, however, they are one of the most approved in the market
-Regarding the bunk beds, apologies that your group didn't find them comfortable. These are twin-sized mattresses We tried to get mattresses that would work for most guests. We used the proper number of slats recommended. This is the first time we had heard of such an issue, but we will check to make sure there is no sag, we are sorry that this impacted your stay
-We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, while we cannot control the proximity of neighbors or other residents, we are sorry if this made your stay less relaxing. We had not received a complaint about this yet, but we understand how this could have a negative impact on a guest's stay
