It does the job
3/5 It is a spacious house with a large patio in the back, on a busier residential road, and the whole house could use a deep clean, new sheets and towels. Kitchen is equipped and beds are comfy. Won't be back but it does the job for some fun times in the mountains.

The owner wanted to share the following: We use a professional cleaning company that cleans the home before each guest's arrival and they ensure the home is in top shape for our guests. Brand new sheets and towels were purchased within the last 6 months. We go above and beyond for our guests and we are confident future guests will have excellent stays!
Memorial Day Weekend
5/5 This was our first time visiting Pinetop Lakeside and we had a lot of fun! The house is very close to town easy access to a grocery store or local places to eat. The backyard is beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating and space for kids to run and play. The grill didn’t work and we contacted the property manager and she mentioned that she would call us back and never heard back about the grill.
