Perfect except for Evolve"s ridiculous fees
5/5 This place was perfect for a ladies' get away. The location was lovely, house as shown in pictures, lots of dishes, linens, pots & pans, spices and other cooking necessities, plenty of space and very clean (except windows).
We did have trouble with blinds to patio and they need to be updated. We didn't care but the garage was not usable so the verbiage should be changed in description.
We had to use Evolve to take advantage of a credit they owed us. However, they charge over a third of the rental fee which is exorbitant. I would certainly rent this home again but last time I'll ever use this management company.
Snowbound
4/5 Each year we choose a different cabin and a different location to take our family to play in the snow. This rental did not disappoint, and neither did the snow. One of our kids raved that this was his favorite rental as they enjoyed playing board games in the loft overlooking the family room. The dishwasher was quite loud, but we adjusted our schedule to turn it on when we went outside. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with all the necessary essentials. Thank you for another snowbound trip full of great memories!

Quiet and Roomy
4/5 Very quiet location, roomy. Stairs are a bit precarious and slippery. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, only missing a few things. Would have been great to have a Keurig and additional trash bags. Overall, a great property in a nice PineTop location.

Weekend get away
5/5 We had a great time in this spacious cabin. It was roomy and comfortable. We spent the most time on the patio! Close to restaurants and activities.

Great home and great location
5/5 This was a wonderful place for our family vacation this summer. The condo was big enough for all 6 of us and the deck was the highlight of the stay for us. listening to the breeze through the pines and enjoying the cool temps was wonderful. Melanie was great as a host and took care of every question and concern. Close to town, biking, and all the wonderful outdoor activities the White Mountains have to offer.
