We had a wonderful 10 night stay in Pine. The view and home was great. There was abundant wildlife; elk, birds and chipmunks. The host was very responsive. The home was well equipped for cooking and so comfortable. There are many artistic items. The queen bedroom was larger than appeared on photos and a wonderful sitting area out back. You will not be disappointed.

It such a gorgeous view, every morning the elk would come through and the Javelina in the evenings was fun.

We arrived at the property, amazed by the outside and couldn't wait to see the inside! Our jaws dropped when we opened the door, absolutely beautiful! We went to bring our luggage inside and up to the master bedroom in the loft only to find that it was locked and marked private. This was very disappointing considering the main space in the house was locked and marked private and I had no idea when booking it would be that way. It was also uncomfortable not knowing what was behind the locked door the whole time during our stay. My husband and I were left with 2 room options, 1 had an extremely rock hard mattress and the other was bunk beds. Unfortunately my husband and I had to sleep on bunk beds during our getaway. Other than that, the home was gorgeous, the outdoor areas were heaven and the location was perfect. Would have been 5 stars if not for the locked master bedroom.

Gorgeous property easy to find and just secluded enough. We were extremely excited for our Christmas in the pines in this beautiful cabin and it was just that. However please be mindful of the listing as it is misleading. It is a 2500 sf cabin however you cannot access the upstairs master bedroom with balcony. So you only get use of about 1500 sf as it is all locked up with a no entry sign. Kinda makes you feel like your staying with your parents and you have to sleep in the kids room downstairs. Now the listing does state 2 bedrooms but it doesn't state that neither of them are the master and upstairs is off limits. The 2 bedrooms are tiny so if your dropping a couple thousand to stay here just know your sleeping arrangements and don't have high expectations. The "cave" is not a true cave and the picture shown is all it is. It does not go any further. I would call this a hole with about 6 feet of rock cover. Fyi it has been graffitied. Please don't take this as a negative review as the house is very nice and so is the property. I do recommend it. I just want the next family to know what they will actually be getting for their money. To the owner please have a plumber come check the bathroom as the shower and sink struggle with draining. When showering we were standing in 4-6 inches of water.
